Hola todos! Como estas? I hope everyone is well. Just some updates of what’s happening in my life and writing.

Not a lot to talk about in my life. I’m getting used to taking care of the house and stuff. I’ve been sweeping regularly, mopping regularly and even doin laundry on a regular basis. Laydin says I’m becoming a good house husband! LOL I suppose I am. I’ve even gotten somewhat of the hang of cooking!

We have all sorts of flowers in our yard. I snapped a couple of pics. This one is my favorite.

We continue to go the beach which is only four minutes from our house. I found a new beach the other day. I’m gonna take Zeus to it tomorrow. Today was a Petco day. Zeus was very happy. He loves Petco and now has a new friend.

So there’s big news on the writing front, too. Last Thursday, Bold Strokes released me from my contract. So I’m now an independent author. I was with them almost 20 years so it’s kinda weird feeling, but I’m excited to continue my writing journey.

I’ve been reading several authors skipping the angst of the breakup in books. What are your thoughts on that? Like, I always learned romance is girl gets girl. Girl loses girl. Girl gets girl back… But the book I’m working on? I’m kinda up in the air on this…
