WOW! It’s been a while since I’ve updated y’all on life in Puerto Vallarta. No surprise that life is still wonderful. I’ve been busy lately.

My friend Dawn came to visit. It was so awesome to meet her and she’s just as cool in person as she is on Facebook. And Zeus loved her! We spent some time hangin by the pool and spent one day in town where we walked the length of the Malecón, which is the boardwalk here. We went in to a few stores and tried to check out the big church, Our Lady of Guadalupe, but there was a funeral going on.

We’ve started running a lot of specials here. Drinks are on sale most days. We also just started a two for one room deal for Friday and Saturday nights. We got some takers for this weekend, which is AWESOME!

Overall, business is slow which is to be expected this time of year, but as I said, we’re trying. I did create a website for the resort. It should be live soon. I’m hoping it’ll drive business.

Zeus continues to grow like a weed and as you can see, he’s horribly neglected.

Writing? Well, that hasn’t happened in a few weeks. I need to get back to it, but the website has taken up most of my time. I submitted Entitled for consideration and haven’t heard back yet. That’s no excuse though. I need to write.

I continue to miss Laydin, but she’ll be here in like two weeks and then we’re taking a three week vacation to Australia! I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!

Caleb is doing so well! He’ll be back next week to DJ for the pool goers. It’s gonna be AMAZING to have him back down here!
