It’s Pride week here in Puerto Vallarta! It kicked off with a parade on May 17 – The international Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia. The actual Pride Parade isn’t until the 21st tho. Pride means different things to different people. I just love it because it’s a chance to really let your freak flag fly. Be true to yourself and treat others with the same courtesy, respect, and love you treat yourself with! So basically, it’s like every other day in Puerto Vallarta, but on steroids!

Events are happening all over the city this week and Amaria Villas is no exception! We are having parties Friday and Sunday night that should be an absolute blast and just the shot in the arm we need right now!

Life continues to be amazing here in paradise. I miss Laydin like crazy. It’s been like two months since I’ve seen her. But we’ll be together in another month which will be amazing! We’re gonna spend three weeks in Australia here pretty soon. It’s gonna be outta this world!

The nature around here continues to brighten me every day. It’s so wonderful being here in the mountains. I love going into town, don’t get me wrong. And being down by the water energizes me. But the mountains are special too.

Zeus continues to grow and be the absolute BEST DOG EVER!!!!!He’s absolutely NOT spoiled either! LOL

I have a friend coming to visit next week who’s looking at moving down here. I’m excited to meet her and show her around. I hope she’ll love it here as much as we do.

For self care, I continue to get in the pool every day. It helps my back, stomach, and legs very much. My back pain has significantly decreased!

Writing hasn’t happened in a few weeks. I need to get back on that bus. I’ve been spending all my free time focusing on building a website for Amaria Villas.
